- Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless a different arrangement has been confirmed with us in advance.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or extra cleaning caused during their stay. Please inform us immediately if something is broken, missing, or not functioning properly so we can resolve it quickly.
- Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are subject to the policies of the booking platform you used (such as Airbnb or Booking.com). Please review their terms when booking.
- Casa del Encanto accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend that guests have travel insurance and always lock the apartment securely when leaving.
