At Casa del Encanto we want you to feel at home while also helping us keep the apartment in great condition for future guests. To make sure everyone enjoys a comfortable and relaxed stay, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

General Guidelines

• No smoking inside the apartment. You may smoke on the terrace if you use an ashtray.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud noise, especially after 23:00.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight in the apartment.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: after 15:00 using the secure key lockbox.
• Check-out: by 11:00 on your departure day.

Need a different time? Let us know in advance and we will do our best to arrange it, depending on availability.

Before You Leave

• Please leave the apartment tidy and in good condition.
• Take out your rubbish to the street containers near the parking area.
• Leave used towels in the bathroom for our cleaning team.
• Make sure the key is returned to the lockbox and set back to 0000.
